Same Sky is currently available only to approved TestFlight testers. If something goes wrong, tell us the screen you were on, the visible error category, your iPhone model and iOS version.

Protect both people’s privacy: never send coordinates, screenshots that reveal a precise place, account passwords, verification or invitation links, tokens, device identifiers or encryption keys.

Before contacting support

• Confirm both phones have network access and the latest approved TestFlight build.
• Open Same Sky again if a generic notification arrived late; the authenticated encrypted service remains the source of truth.
• Check Location, Camera and Notifications permissions in iOS Settings if the related feature is unavailable.
• Do not rely on Same Sky for navigation, emergencies or anyone’s safety.
